  • Are pets allowed in the restaurant?

    Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

  • Do you have a babysitting service?

    This service is only available to hotel guests.

  • Can I bring my children to the restaurant?

    Yes, we provide a high chair on request and have a children’s menu for €55 and a 6-course tasting menu for young people for €145.

  • Can we eat à la carte?

    The à la carte menu is open for tables of up to 5 guests and is only available in the evening or on weekends.

  • What happens if I’m late?

    You can arrive until 1:00 p.m. for lunch and 9:00 p.m. for dinner. If you arrive later than these times, we may not be able to offer you the full menu.

  • How much time should we calculate to fully enjoy the experience?

    It takes 3 to 4 hours for an 11 services tasting menu, and around 2 hours for a 6 services menu. We can adapt to guests’ requirements if we are informed in advance.

  • Do you have a dress code?

    Elegant attire will be appreciated, in particular full-length pants and closed shoes for gentlemen.

  • Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

    Yes, we can adapt our menus, but please inform us at the time of booking.

  • Can I make a group reservation?

    Yes, you can. We recommend a single menu for groups of 6 or more. For groups of 10 or more, we can offer a special menu on request, with or without drinks.

  • Can we eat on the terrace on a sunny day?

    We only offer aperitifs, hot drinks and digestifs on the terrace.

  • How far in advance should I reserve a table?

    We advise you to book at least one month in advance for weekdays and around 2 to 3 months in advance for weekend lunches. Weekend evening reservations are quite difficult without a room at the hotel. Every now and then, we still have availability on the same day.
    For our special offer “Premier Pas” (under 35 only), we release new tables every week for the upcoming two weeks. However, we invite you to let us know your preferred dates, for which we’ll put you on a waiting list and call you back a fortnight in advance, as soon as a table becomes available.
