Description
While cookery books are now widely available, Éditions Macula has turned them into a veritable work of art with Servez citron, inviting readers to experience ingredients, colors and the art of the table in a different way. Three-star chef Michel Troisgros and his son César offer readers over 40 new recipes with poetic, evocative names - including Tomber la neige (Snowfall), Rouge aux lèvres (Red lipstick) and Cervelle "de peur d'oublier" (Brain “for fear of forgetting”). Photographer Éric Poitevin has taken a series of surprising new photographs of these recipes. To accompany the recipes and photographs, a text by Jean-Claude Lebensztejn details the table manners.
